We had a variety of small items needing to be fixed in the run-up to the sale of our house. Multiple faucet installation, multiple drain repair or replacement, a new pedestal sink, a new dishwasher. Brandon from EMR came out and did an outstanding job - professional work, clear communication from start to finish, affordable pricing. I would definitely call EMR again.

Needed to replace my water heater recently. Ryan from EMR ran me through all of my options, was very thorough, and gave me a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Over the past few months, I’ve had them out to my house a few times to fix various plumbing issues—everything from my leaky kitchen faucet replacing to a pretty serious drainage problem in the basement. Every single time, they’ve been prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. One story that stands out: last winter, we had a pipe burst right before a big storm was set to hit. I called them in a panic, expecting to wait hours, if not days, given the weather. But Brandon was at my door within the hour in Lowell. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but Brandon also took the time to show me what to watch for in the future and gave me some tips on insulating pipes to prevent a repeat. I never felt like just another customer, they genuinely care and go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only great at what they do but also makes you feel like youre completely taken care of.
